About Cambrian:

We develop critical infrastructure for Solana restaking, enabling NCNs (Node Consensus Networks) and AVSs (Actively Validated Services). Our Cambrian SDK simplifies and accelerates NCN/AVS deployment on Solana restaking protocols, working closely with Jito Restaking and Solayer.

The Cambrian SDK includes on-chain adapters for integration with Jito Restaking and Solayer and off-chain tools (Cambrian CLI) for deploying and managing AVS.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Protocol Engineer (Solana + Rust) to build onchain solutions. You’ll work on launching AVS projects at Jito Restaking and evolving our MVP into a product by refactoring, auditing, and maintaining the codebase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Cambrian SDK to streamline NCN/AVS development on restaking protocols.
• Design efficient integration components for restaking protocols.
• Build secure infrastructure for node consensus and communication.
• Optimize SDK performance and developer experience.

Required Skills:

➕ Strong Rust & Solana expertise – Solana smart contracts, runtime, and program architecture.

➕ Understanding consensus mechanisms & DeFi protocols – restaking, staking, and validator incentives.

➕ Basic cryptographic knowledge – Merkle trees, signature schemes, on-chain verification.

➕ Technical English proficiency – ability to work with documentation.

Nice to Have:

➕ Experience with validator infrastructure and staking mechanisms.

➕ Familiarity with restaking protocols

➕ Blockchain security audit experience
